Introduction Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) has emerged as a key concept in today's workplace for creating prosperous and equitable businesses. Diversity entails appreciating and acknowledging the variations among workers, including those related to gender, age, ethnicity, culture, and skill levels.
